Thank you for choosing Moms, Maids, and More to assist with the purchase of your bridesmaid gown!
If you are not able to make it to our boutique to be sized for your bridesmaid gown, you can submit your order remotely. Just follow each of these steps:
1. Check with the bride to verify the designer, style number, and color. If there is an option to order the gown in floor length or tea length, make sure you are ordering the correct length.
2. Download the order form below and please complete it in its entirety.

3. You will need to select your size, so once you have measured yourself (bust, waist, and hip), please download the size chart below to use as a reference. Some of these designers run small, so you may be selecting a size that is larger than your normal dress size. Most of us don’t fit exactly into a size (we love our curves!), so if you are in doubt, it makes more sense to go with the bigger size. It is always easier to alter a dress down, rather than trying to make it bigger. If you have questions about sizing, just call. We are happy to help!
4. Please note that for some of the designers, there may be extra charges for extra length, plus-sizes, maternity sizes, fabric changes, and rush orders. If you would like clarification of which extra charges may be assessed, please feel free to give us a call.
5. Please complete your order with care. Once ordered, there are no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
6. The only other thing we ask is that you have fun! Maybe the bride picked a shade
of green that reminds you of your grandma’s sofa. Oh well. It’s all about the celebration . . .
